Task #1 & #2

As of today I'm going to begin the process of completing ycltwopointoh by our September Staff Development Day. I believe we should always be open to new ideas and this will be a great opportunity for me to learn and to increase my knowlege to help patrons when they come to our library branch. It's good to be able to do a "class" like this at our own pace. Of course, the "prizes" are a good motivation also.
